Pattern: Based on the hat pattern in E. Zimmerman's book Knitting Workshop.
Yarn: Lion's Brand Cotton Ease.
Needles: 16 inch circular needle - size 7 & 5 dpns - size 7

I knit this hat up in a fit of rage and frustration the summer before the '04 election. I posted a an entry about this on my blog, Blatherskite, and the discussion that ensued was quite memorable (and not in a good way). I just thought it would be funny to have a knitted garment that had a semi-dirty double entandre displayed. It made me feel better to knit it, somehow. I wear this sometimes on cold mornings when I go for a run.
